To auction PHA owned properties and to finalize the agreement by completing all the process & codal formalities.
To monitor & ensure the recovery process.
To ensure the fulfillment of lease agreement terms by lessee & to handle the disputes.
Responsible for booking of the PHA owned grounds for marriages and other functions.
Correspondence with other departments in shape of complaints through Chief Minister Secretariat and Assembly
Questions raised and to reply in accordance with the answer of concerned Directorates.
